Dairy-Free Cinnamon, Protein and Fruit Smoothie

Makes 2 large drinks


2 cups nut milk (almond, hemp, flax, coconunt or soy)
1 cup filtered (not tap) water
2 cups mix and match fruit of your choice (berries, melons, papaya, mango, pineapple )
1 Banana, sliced
8oz soft tofu (or 1 scoop of Protein Plus Superfood, with plant-based protein powder, vegetables and anti-aging herbs)
2 tsp. Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. wheat germ granules
1 tbsp. lecithin granules
1 tsp. brewer’s yeast powder
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1/4 tsp. stevia powder or liquid from health food store (optional)

Add to blender and whisk for 15 seconds. Serve and Enjoy!
