I can literally shout HALLELUJAH with thanksgivings for God giving me friends like Wayne Garland! Love is an action word plus Clean Heart-K that puts action in the flow of my blood called circulation. I tell my sister often that God put drugs here for a reason and most of us are on drugs. I am grateful to God for allowing me to choose "NATURAL" drugs called vitamins! My sisters have become addicted to prescription high blood pressure medicine & low and behold, I learned that their children, my niece and nephew are indulging too!
