I have used this product, along with many other products offered by Wayne Garland for over 25 years. You have got to try these products, and use them religiously for a few months and you will be a believer in their effectiveness. I confess, over the years I have tried to find less expensive products with similar results and I keep coming back. Take my advice and save some valuable time.

I take this product with cranberry juice in the morning and in conjunction with the Clean Heart powder. Often times in the past I've taken juice with the Life Transfusion in it alone, and found a burst of energy I needed for the day. Either way, I wouldn't be without it and the electrolyte balance it gives me.
