I have never taken blood pressure medicine & I have no desire to start. I had read other reviews about this product and wanted to take it myself for overall vein health and heart health. Been taking it for a few weeks. Went to the doctor for a regular checkup recently and the nurse took my blood pressure and said I have the blood pressure of a teenager, and I'm 50. What can I say yet again? Been taking this product for at least 3 months now and it has helped me ween myself off half my blood pressure pills. Love the feeling it gives me for what it's doing for my heart.

I take Clean Heart on a daily basis. Without it my blood pressure creeps up over 145. With it I am at 120 or lower. It really works and it has no side effects for me! Great product!
