I have been using this product for the past 13 years. I take it during menstruation and all I can say is I don't get moody and snappy like my friends and co-workers. I wish they would take this product too.

Overall, my periods are quite heavy, and the first day is extremely painful and tiring. Also, I am on a short cycle period (my cycle is every 21 days versus the typical 28) so sometimes it comes earlier than I expected.
